At Rygor, we recognise that career breaks occur for a variety of reasons, as do the circumstances in which people seek to rejoin the workplace. When applying for roles, please consider the following when completing applications and writing CVs.

Highlight Recent Activities
Mention any courses, qualifications or relevant activities which occurred during the break.
Emphasise Skills
Highlight any new and relevant skills you have developed during the break.
VETERAN SUPPORT
If you have served in the Armed Forces and are considering your next steps, we understand that finding the right role is a big consideration. When applying for roles, highlight the transferable skills you believe would enable you to add value to the company. It’s equally important for veterans to choose a company that recognises the importance of ongoing support throughout this process and beyond.
