THE APPLICATION PROCESS: HOW TO ELEVATE YOUR APPLICATION

At Rygor, we recognise the importance of being qualified for a role, whether through experience, professional qualifications, or knowledge. However, we also understand that the right skills and behaviours are essential for success in many positions. We believe that possessing the appropriate skill set and behaviours is just as critical as having the relevant knowledge and experience.

We encourage you to apply for roles even if you feel that you may not meet all the criteria. Highlighting the relevant skills, behaviours and values you bring to the role can significantly strengthen your application and lead to success. In our job adverts and descriptions, we outline the essential behaviours and skills required for each role. We encourage you to explain how you demonstrate these relevant skills and behaviours within your cover letter and CV to enhance your application.
