CONTROLLING NERVES AT INTERVIEWS

Slow your speech:
When we are nervous, it is normal to speak quicker. Be aware of this, take a breath and you can slow your speech down. By doing so, this will show the interviewer you are an effective communicator even in high pressure and unfamiliar situations. Remember, you have got this far in the recruitment process, so you deserve to be here, and you are doing your best.

Remember, the employer wants to meet you! They think you can do the job and want to explore it further, they want to be successful.
Prepare:
Preparation is key to reducing nerves for an interview. By showing you have a good understanding of the company and the job role, you can show the interviewer you are the best candidate for the role.
Practice:
